Rainy season is going strong and so is the vegetation and humidity in the local crags. We went out to check how much has change since the beginning of the rainy season (May) until now.

Last week of the month of September, we were climbing at Acid Rock along with our friends of vertical tourism. We were surprised when we saw how overgrown the vegetation was, it was difficult to find the path to the rock.

When we arrived we saw the slab covered in moss and plants like never before. Look at the bottom of the post for photos along with some taken in May of this year so that you can appreciate the difference.

It is recommended that those who go there take a very sharp machete and brush to help with the cleaning a little. The rains have not stopped these weeks. Just after leaving the place we learned that there was an alert that week for possible floods and electrical activity.

Although it usually rains in the midday and afternoon hours, leaving some time in the mornings to climb.
